Welcome to my website, I am Ândrea Semblano, a professional Massage Therapist with over 20 years experience in the wellness industry. I'm delighted to welcome you and introduce you to my range of personalised body treatments and massages.
My mission is to provide my clients with high quality treatments to help them relax, reduce stress and improve their general well-being. After 17 years working in all the top hotels in the resort and for brands such as Cinq Mondes, Valmont & Carita, Hormeta, and Phytomer. I wanted to offer all visitors and residents of the resort my services through my wellbeing salon.
I'm delighted to be working with Heureuse Cosmetique and their organic Valais products for all my facial treatments.
I'm proud to offer a wide range of body treatments and massages tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're looking to relax and rejuvenate, relieve muscular pain or firm up your skin, I have options for you.

A: My salon is located in Crans-Montana in Valais/Switzerland. You will find my salon directly on the right as you exit the Funicular.
A: You can make an appointment via the book online. You can also contact me by telephone or e-mail. I'll be happy to help you choose the treatment that best suits your needs and book a time that suits you.
A: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and I am happy to change or cancel your appointment free of charge if you contact me at least 24 hours in advance. However, late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the treatment booked.
A: Yes, I offer gift cards to give your loved ones a relaxing spa experience. Please contact contact for more information on the gift card options available.
A: I only accept cash and Twint.
A: My opening hours vary according to availability. Please contact me for more information about available times. You can always book your treatment online to check my availability.
A: Only guests with a confirmed appointment can access my premises. Please note that I am unable to accommodate additional guests during your visit.
A: You can wear comfortable clothes for your visit. I will provide a towel and disposable clothing for your convenience.
